Especially in everyday operations, the compact vehicles – with a range of 100 to 200 kilometers per charge – proved their worth. A key success factor was the use of robust high-voltage battery packs originally developed for passenger cars. In collaboration with an experienced battery technology company that also provided service and further development, the efficiency and practicality of the vehicles were significantly enhanced. In addition to technical performance, the concept stood out for its cost-effectiveness, low operating costs, and contribution to reducing emissions and noise in urban areas.
