The Beginning of a Vision
The founders of Akku Trailer – a team of engineers and visionaries – had a clear goal: to create a product that is flexible, environmentally friendly, and reliable.
In search of a high-performance battery, they partnered with LionSmart GmbH. Using their robust i3 battery system, the first prototype was developed – a trailer that makes energy mobile, versatile, and easy to transport.
First Deployment: Bringing Hope to Ukraine
Even during the development phase, an Akku Trailer was deployed to Ukraine, at a time when power infrastructure was heavily damaged or unstable due to the ongoing conflict.
Notably, the mobile energy storage was used to power drones, supporting reconnaissance and relief operations on the ground. The Akku Trailer thus actively contributed to critical missions, delivering energy where it was urgently needed.
