Thomas Hetmann as sole managing director of LION Smart GmbH

Zug, July 9, 2020 – We like to announce that the management of LION E-Mobility AG and Christian Kutscher, Managing Director at LION Smart GmbH (Munich) and advisor to the board of LION E-Mobility AG (Zug), have agreed upon a discontinuation of their cooperation. Christian Kutschers contract had ended on June 30, 2020. Thomas Hetmann will remain as sole managing director of LION Smart GmbH.
Christian Kutscher said: “It has been a pleasure to work with the Board of Directors and the team at LION E-Mobility and LION Smart for more than two years. I am grateful for the opportunity to run LION Smart GmbH during the important transition to a product and revenue generating company. I am leaving knowing LION E-Mobility and LION Smart look forward to an exciting future.”
Alessio Basteri, Chairman of the Board of LION A-Mobility AG, said: “I want to thank Christian for his role and efforts as an interim Managing Director at LION Smart GmbH and adviser of the board of LION E-Mobility AG.”
