In March this year, LION Smart GmbH published the positive figures for the financial year 2021. These were prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). LION E-Mobility AG has now prepared consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2021 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The consolidated financial statements were audited by the renowned international auditing firm Deloitte.
For you as investors, the 37-page report with detailed explanations of the business figures may be of particular interest.
As with the annual financial statements of LION Smart GmbH for 2021 prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), the consolidated financial statements of LION E-Mobility AG for 2021 prepared in accordance with IFRS were unqualified and received an unqualified audit opinion, accordingly.
